A member is someone who has accepted an invitation. Pending invites aren't counted, so you're never billed for someone who never joined.
Plans renew automatically — annually or monthly, whichever you pick — until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the billing portal on this website and keep the plan until the end of the term you have already paid for. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are — we do not charge tax today, and if that ever changes you will be told before the first invoice that carries it. New groups start with a free month: no card is needed to begin it, and nothing is charged when it ends. Full detail in the terms.
There is no feature-gated tier. A singer in a free group and a singer in a large chorus get exactly the same app — the only difference is how many people are in it.

No. One person — usually the director or the chapter president — pays for the group, and every member gets full access. Singers are never asked for a card.
Nothing is deleted and nobody is locked out of their music. A group without an active plan becomes read-only, so your scores, recordings, and history stay exactly where they are.
You move up at your next renewal, not mid-season. We'll tell you before it happens.

Yes, on any paid plan. A custom domain is a $50-a-year add-on you can add from your website’s Web address screen. Bring a domain you already own, or buy one through us at cost. Until then your site lives at its free Score Stack address.
Yes. Email support is free on every plan, including the free one. Priority support adds faster answers and hands-on help moving your group across, for $150 a year.
Yes. Everything you upload is visible only to the members of your group. You remain responsible for holding the appropriate licenses for any copyrighted music you distribute.
